CHALLENGE
CHALLENGE
Following the merger of Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing, the newly formed Clarion Housing Group became the largest housing association in the UK. The scale of the organisation brought together more than 125,000 homes, but the new entity needed a clear identity that could express its ambition, stability and purpose. The challenge was to create a unified brand that could represent the strength of the combined organisation while communicating its role in shaping communities across the country.

APPROACH
APPROACH
The identity was designed to express scale, stability and forward momentum. At its centre
sits a distinctive cube mark, symbolising the building blocks of communities and the organisation’s role in planning, building and investing in housing across the UK. A confident colour palette of navy and aqua reinforces a sense of strength and ambition, while classic typography balances authority with warmth. Aerial photography of real communities provides a powerful visual perspective, reflecting Clarion’s national reach and its role in shaping the environments where people live.
